Can patients pay with UPI?
Yes. Patients can pay by UPI, card or net banking, through Razorpay or Cashfree.
Can I keep my own payment account?
Yes. If you already have a payment account, we connect to it, and the money goes straight to your clinic.
What if a patient wants to change the time?
They tap the link in the reminder and pick a new free time. The old time opens for someone else, and your front desk sees the change at once.
Does it work for clinic visits and video calls?
Yes. You choose for each kind of visit. A video visit sends the video link; a clinic visit sends the time and the address.
Will it show in my Google Calendar?
Yes. Each doctor's calendar shows their bookings, and time they block in Google Calendar closes for patients.
Can my front desk add a booking themselves?
Yes. Your front desk can add a booking for a patient who calls or walks in, and that time closes for everyone else.
