Inside the build
Real screens from laserveda.org, each with the service behind it.

A calm home page, the doctor up front
One clear headline, the doctor as the face of the clinic and two buttons: book a video consult or train with him. It replaced an old site that could not take a booking at all.

Pick a day and a time
Only free times show, busy times in the doctor's calendar are hidden, and the chosen time is held in the database so two patients can never get it. Payment goes to the clinic's own Razorpay account.

The Meet link by email and WhatsApp
Within a minute of payment a Google Meet link is made in the clinic calendar and sent by email and as an approved WhatsApp message with a join button. Failed messages are tried again every minute.

Prescriptions on his own letterhead
After a video call the doctor writes the medicines, dose, advice and follow-up, checks a preview, and the patient gets a PDF that copies his printed pad. He can share a private link on WhatsApp too.

Every treatment in plain words
Five treatment pages, one per worry, with every medical word explained next to it. This one is for parents of a baby with a lip or tongue tie.

A 3D tooth patients can turn
A real-looking molar on the home page. Patients turn it and tap a label to see what each layer is and where the laser works.

Doctors apply before they pay
Dentists who want to train with him fill his full application before paying online, so he picks his own trainees. The thank-you page says the application is under review.
The story of LaserVEDA
The challenge
Dr. Yavagal has run LaserVEDA for twenty years, and people know him well beyond Hubballi through his TEDx talk and his book. His old WordPress site could not take a booking or a payment, and it did not explain his treatments in words a worried parent or patient could follow. Video consults went through an outside booking widget whose messages did not reach patients reliably, and there was no way to send a prescription after an online call.
What we built
We rebuilt laserveda.org as a calm, phone-first website with a plain-words page for every treatment, from tongue tie in babies to the five minute oral cancer check, and a 3D tooth visitors can turn. Then we built the system behind it. Our booking and payments work shows only the times that are free in the doctor's calendar, holds the chosen time in the database so it can never be booked twice, and takes phone numbers from any country. Payment goes straight into the clinic's own Razorpay account. Within a minute a Google Meet link is made and sent by email and as an approved WhatsApp message with a join button, from a send-only number, so the doctor gets no chats to answer; any message that fails is tried again every minute. After the call he signs in with an email link and writes a prescription that reaches the patient as a PDF on his own printed letterhead. Doctors apply for training before they pay, the book shop is ready with protected ebook links, and the clinic's email runs on its own domain.

“LaserVEDA is our first client project, and the part I am proudest of is the work nobody sees. A patient anywhere can pick a time, pay, and have the Meet link on WhatsApp within a minute, and after the call Dr. Yavagal sends the prescription on his own letterhead. No receptionist has to step in.”
