International students face significant barriers accessing Germany's 73,000+ Ausbildung vacancies: language requirements (A1-B2 German), cultural integration challenges, complex application processes, and lack of structured preparation resources. Students needed a comprehensive platform combining German language learning, interview preparation, cultural training, and application support in one place, addressing the gap between Germany's skilled labor shortage and global talent.

We developed a sophisticated Next.js 15 EdTech platform with a 3-phase AI-powered learning system: (1) German Language Hub with GPT-4 chatbot, 500+ workplace vocabulary with spaced repetition, and A1-B2 curriculum; (2) Interview Preparation with AI mock interviews, video analysis, and STAR method coaching; (3) Cultural Integration with 100+ workplace scenarios and German business etiquette training. The platform includes AI eligibility checker, nursing specialization vertical, ROI calculator, bilingual content (German/English), gamification with XP/badges, and comprehensive SEO strategy targeting 9 countries.
